CHIEF COMPLAINTS : A 60 year old male resident of Nalgonda farmer by occupation came to OPD with chief complaints of Bilateral Pedal edema since 2 years Shortness of breath since 2 days HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS: Patient was apparently asymptomatic 5 years ago then he developed bilateral pedal edema which is pitting type 2 years back.
